A Case of the "Mondays"

Much of the world groans at the thought of another work week. Noah, however, ADORES Mondays.

After breakfast we head to Alphabet class with a bunch of his buddies. He is becoming such a good student! He calmly sits in the circle, follows directions and even participates! Here he is volunteering to touch the "B for Ballerina puppet" during circle time. They made the B sound together. Then he did a little happy dance to show he was proud.

It also helps that he loves his teacher Miss Kristen. Sometimes during the class he will point at her and get a big grin on her face. She points and winks back to let him know he is doing great. It's their special signal and it makes mama's heart happy to know that he is really taking to "school."

Getting ready to "bounce" to the Big B on the wall. From this pic you can see he's the littlest/youngest guy in there, but that doesn't bother him one bit!

Parachute time!

Building blocks with buddies.

After class we head to the library to pick out new books for the week. Noah gravitates toward books about trains, trucks and cars. He is such a boy! He also gets a chance to play with the library computer which is just his size.
After nap time we do an outing of some sort. Sometimes we go to the local bookstore where they have a train table or to the park if it isn't too hot.
This particular Monday we had a play date with his best buddy Elsa. The two of them crack me up! They both have such fun loving and outgoing personalities. One will start to giggle and the other follows shortly. They both love to sing, dance and run and that afternoon was no exception. They spent most of the time running around Elsa's backyard in diapers, getting each other wet and screaming. What fun!
Here they are in the front of Islands where we had dinner.
It's no wonder Mama head to bed around 8 on Mondays, but it's all worth it!
